A Customer Service Advisor at BankSA plays a key role in assisting customers with their banking needs. This role typically involves providing support for everyday banking transactions, answering inquiries, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Advisors may also identify opportunities to introduce customers to other financial products or services that could benefit them. It’s a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
This is a part-time position , working 28 hours per week across 4 days.
