An exciting opportunity is available for a Customer Service Advisor. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects the commitment to excellence. You’ll work closely with the clients to support policy administration and client retention. You will process general customer enquiries, policy alterations, renewals and introduce new/additional products and services to clients. There will be an opportunity to pro-actively establish new sales opportunities by cross selling and to be able to introduce the full suite of products.
