THE ROLE

As a Station Enquiry Assistant, you will be helping people with a wide variety of enquiries, and supporting our customer with their needs. You will be part of our diverse and dedicated team providing excellent standards of service within a busy, public facing office environment. You will benefit from our industry leading training, which all our Station Enquiry Assistants receive before their deployment. This training will help you develop skills and knowledge which you will be able to take forward with you throughout your working career, no matter what that shall entail.
