Customer Service Advisors - URGENTLY NEEDED
Location: Chelmsford CM1
Hybrid but only after around 6 weeks, first 6 weeks is full time in the office. After 6 weeks it’s average 3 days in office.
Monday to Friday
Times: 11AM -4PM or 6PM - 11PM

With ongoing efforts to better serve our residents, we are now looking to expand our Customer Service Centre team in Chelmsford; we want to continue to improve communication with residents by investing in staff that deliver a high-quality customer experience.
As one of our Customer Service Advisors you’ll be the first point of contact in delivering high-value services to a diverse range of our customers and residents over the phone. In this role you’ll be providing advice and assistance on a range of housing queries, such as booking repairs required at our properties, so excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
The Customer Service Centre is a busy and fast-paced environment and we are looking for people who thrive working under pressure to join our team. You must be able to multi-task and have the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. You will have a flexible and proactive approach towards work, and demonstrate a real desire to provide good, resident-focused customer service.
