We are looking for a full time Customer Service Manager (“Brand Standards Consultant” in our lingo) that will play a vital role in our ability to accomplish our company Vision.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English language (being multi-lingual is certainly a benefit).
  • Professional demeanour with ability to both work with others and assume leadership role.
  • Willingness to adjust working schedule to meet our Certified Business Owners at their customer’s location to provide hands on development
  • Experience with janitorial equipment in a commercial environment is a definite asset but not a necessity.
  • Ability to manage teams of people in organized structures.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with computers – particularly Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • College or University Degree is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Be an ambassador for JAN-PRO by representing the company professionally at all times in front of customers, potential customers and our Certified Business Owners.
  • Perform audits of our customer’s facilities, ensuring they receive top service levels as defined in their contract.
  • Provide feedback on inspections to our Certified Business Owners, guiding them in areas where they can improve their service levels.
  • Lead formal and on-site seminars for new Business Owners in our Certification Training Programs.
  • Maintain and develop our vast network of Certified Business Owner’s, sharing best practices to enhance their skillset.
  • Meet with new customers and Certified Business Owners to establish proper relationships and review services contracted
  • Provide estimates and sign contracts for Special Service cleaning (hard floor care, carpet cleaning, windows, etc.) required by our customers.
  • Ensures all WHMIS protocols, SDS and workplace health and safety regulations are observed by our Certified Business Owners and their employees.
  • Investigate and provide same day resolution for any service deficiencies delivered by our Certified Business Owners.
  • Maintain proper records for our company databases.
