Description
Customer Engagement & Sales Support Act as the single point of contact for Teaching Centre customers, supporting them from first enquiry through to post-sale assistance. Maximise enrolments by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Support registration events, level checks, parent meetings, and exam sessions in coordination with relevant teams. Confident user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Accuracy/attention to detail Fast learner and passion for customer service and sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Experience working with CRM & Call management systems One year of sales and/ or customer service experience B2 English proficiency (written and spoken) C2 French proficiency (written and spoken)
