EDUCATION:

  • GCSEs or equivalent required.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 12 months experience in Customer Service or call centre environment (call centre experience is desirable).
  • Previous experience in telesales is advantageous.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong telephony skills and experience with live web chat, email, and SMS communication.
  • Ability to work towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
