Chaneco are a leading Orthopaedic Footwear Manufacturer and supplier of Orthotic Products, based in Brackmills, Northampton. We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor to join our busy team, dealing with all aspects of Customer Service including order processing and dealing with enquiries.
The successful candidate would need to get to grips with the complex information regarding the process of footwear manufacture, as well as our extensive stock orthotics catalogue, whilst providing the ultimate in customer service.
This is not your usual “sitting in the office” customer services role, as you will be the linchpin between our customer and our factory; processing and chasing orders, dealing with queries, and generally keeping things moving so that our customers get their footwear and other custom made items on time.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred with footwear experience an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. You need to have an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate as we have a number of IT systems that you will need to learn.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone energetic and motivated, who wants to get their teeth into a role, and learn all aspects of this growing business, with a “hands-on/can-do” attitude.
