In this role, you will ensure Check4Cancer’s clients are provided with optimal service, advice and attention. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering all incoming phone calls
  • Responding to all enquiries, telephone, email and via the in-house ticketing system
  • Communicating with all insurance companies
  • Recording all client data accurately in the Client Management System
  • Liaising with secretaries of consultants as required
  • Proactively assisting clients/prospective clients in making decisions to purchase Check4Cancer’s services
  • Booking appointments/services as required
  • Sending out correspondence using our Client Management System
  • Uploading medical reports
  • Checking ‘out of hours’ voicemails
Responsibilities

KEY SKILLS YOU WILL BRING TO THIS ROLE:

  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to use MS Office products to an intermediate standard, including Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated and can manage workloads received from multiple sources
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME ROLES AVAILABLE, OFFICE-BASED.

Full time hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm and 10.00am to 6.00pm.
Part time hours are Monday to Wednesday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, 9.0am to 5.00pm, and 10.00am to 6.00pm.
