CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER | £25,000 - £28,750 (OTE) | FULL-TIME | TRURO CORNWALL

We’re looking for talented professionals from customer service or other people-focused backgrounds to give our customers the best service possible. You’ll help our customers understand their credit health and guide them through their credit journey.

ESSENTIAL:

• You have experience in a customer service or a people-focused position, and are looking for your next opportunity to develop your skills and deliver great service
• You’re resilient when working under pressure and happy to take on challenges
• You’re comfortable multi-tasking, such as taking phone calls and responding to customer queries
• You’ve got good communication, both written and verbal, and are comfortable working with computers and programs like MS Office
