EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the courier and logistics sector
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills, enabling you to assess situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
