Responsibilities

The aim of the Claims Team is to provide enhanced customer service throughout the customer’s claiming journey, working closely with the Clinical Team and the Customer Helpdesk.The team deal with Claim work, such as;
· Claim queries from customers
· Medical reports
· Medical records
They also review detailed information in relation to underwriting information and provide one-to-one Case-Management.
Our office opening hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 19:00 and Saturdays 09:00 – 12:00 and you could work a variety of shifts within these times. (Evenings and Saturdays are fairly split amongst the team).
Ability to Commute: Taunton, TA1 2PE (required), Work Location: Office based, with some hybrid working opportunities on a non-contractual basis.
