JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a Service Advisor for our busy auto repair shop! This position is no evenings or weekends, competitive pay and benefits.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive dealership or repair environment is an asset
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Experience with cash handling and sales processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding service.
