Job Description Salary: £23.809.50 per annum with uncapped commission Location: Sheffield Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week) Key responsibilities: Delivering world class service. Upselling and promoting products to customers through excellent service. Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally. Ensuring data is always captured accurately. Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues. Qualifications Previous customer service experience is required. Previous experience in a lead-generation environment is desirable, but not essential. A confident communicator – we want people who can have great conversations with our customers. Passionate individuals with the willingness to take ownership of the call. A team player who works well with others and has a love for delivering service.
