Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possess excellent phone etiquette, have strong communication skills with a drive for selling. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, working along side one of our area sales managers to further develop their designated area through appointment booking and researching potential new customers, monitoring current customers to track sales and also deal with any issues and providing exceptional service. Duties: - Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email and web based platforms - Provide assistance and information to customers via phone or email - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products applicable to their requirements - Book appointments for your appointed area sales manager - Research sources for developing prospective customers to determine their potential - Complete mail shots, quotations and follow ups to ensure ongoing communication with existing and prospective customers - Undertake quarterly focus’s as directed - Use RepWeb to monitor customers accounts for down trading sales, pull reports and find a resolve to any problems whilst keeping up communication with the customer and area sales manager - Send daily reports with updates and gathered information as required - Creation and keeping updated spreadsheets for the tracking of sales, appointments and work with prospective customers. - Upsell products to increase sales on supplier focus days and in house daily/weekly focus’s - Maintain customer records and update information as needed
