Dyson are opening a state-of-the-art facility in Mt Ommaney Shopping center that will provide walk in service for our Queensland owners, as well as functioning as a store where people can buy machines and parts. Our Service team forms a direct link between the business and Dyson owners. It helps ensure our owners have the best possible experience using our technology. Owner experience is everything to us. It helps strengthen our reputation and it drives advocacy. Our Service Centres and Experience Centres provide a touch point for our owners throughout their journey as a Dyson owner, delivering an exceptional experience through the repairs and service of machines.
Our Customer Service team exemplifies Dyson’s problem-solving ethos. There’s no query our team can’t answer and there’s no fault our Service technicians can’t fix. Our Customer Service Advisors obsess over the customer experience and strive every day to create an extraordinary experience that matches the quality of our products and reflects our innovative brand.
To improve our customer service, we want to extend our operating hours to improve our experience for our owners. We are looking for permanent part time workers who would like to work weekends and Thursday nights to support our existing team. The role will start as a front of house position but with the right candidate the responsibility, remuneration and role could grow.
The role will explain our technology to people who enter the facility and will support some very basic customer service issues of troubleshooting people’s machines.
