WE’RE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – SUTTON-IN-ASHFIELD

Location: Eden Tyres & Servicing, Sutton-in-Ashfield
Salary: £12.21 – £12.50 per hour + Branch Bonus (Quarterly)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of our garage reception, assisting the branch manager with:

• Communicating updates to customers about their vehicles
• Generating service quotations
• Managing bookings and customer queries
• Maintaining a smooth and professional front-of-house experience

Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not essential – we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
