• Being the primary point of contact for customer with bookings, queries and updates
• In charge of phone calls, emails, messages and billing for customers
• Parts management
• Liasing with the workshop to ensure cars meet customer deadlines and problem solving where needed
• Marketing with our social media platforms and keeping the website up to date
