Action Prompt currently has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in providing our partner businesses with exceptional support.
Based in Burley, Leeds (just north of the city centre) Action Prompt provides personalised mobile phone apps and websites to independent takeaways, restaurants and cafes. Our mission is to ensure that our partner eateries are not paying expensive commission to online ordering platforms, and help them grow their business by enhancing their customer experience and online engagement. We want to see small, local businesses thrive.
Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional customer service advisor who will provide a professional and courteous service to each and every food establishment & customer who contacts the office.
We take pride in having a fun friendly office environment with plenty of free snacks and games (including a pool table) to keep us all entertained on our breaks.
Responsibilities and Duties
You’ll deliver outstanding customer service by successfully responding to questions and queries relating to new and existing clients. Address any customer/intermediary service queries or complaints that arise to ensure customer service and satisfaction standards are consistently achieved.
Answering phone calls and liaising with team members to help the caller with their enquiry
Supporting your accounts with customer service enquiries such as customer requested refunds, ringing through any unanswered orders, menu updates, customer orders, financial enquiries, social media marketing, SMS marketing and other CRM requests.
Managing the Google My Business listing of your accounts (this will include contacting the takeaways directly to gain access to the listings).
Performing administrative functions

Ability to Manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines
Administration and organisation experience
Basic knowledge of social media marketing (mainly Facebook and Instagram), extra training will be provided.
Experience in creative tools such as Canva / Photoshop would be beneficial but not compulsory.
Competency in Google apps such as Docs, Slides, Sheets etc (similar to Microsoft Office).
The right person for the role will be outgoing and self-motivated with a desire to progress themselves personally in our ever-expanding business.
An interest in marketing would be beneficial but not compulsory, training will be provided.

Working hours will be from 3pm - 11pm full-time 5 days out of 7 (this will require at least 1 weekend day however you will receive a day off in the week also).
