Reporting into the Team Manager, you will need excellent customer service skills, which you will utilise to support our clients discussing Credit scores and Business reports We are looking for phone agents able to deal with complex complaints and queries, also working on our Live Chat function Qualifications Strong communication skills across phone, email and live chat.
