CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – PERMANENT POSITION – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We provide an AWARD WINNING, professional cleaning service for ovens and other kitchen appliances to an amazing standard!
Due to expansion we have vacancies for Customer Service Advisors to join our very successful and growing business based in Camberley, Surrey.
No experience necessary, but the right attitude is essential.

• Answering inbound calls and scheduling appointments
• Liaising with customers via email and SMS
• Booking appointments for new customers
• To call existing customers to schedule their next appointment
• To call /confirm and remind customers about booked appointment’s
• To answer any general enquiries about the company and the services we provide
• Maintain our high standard of AWARD WINNING customer service
  We work 5 days per week Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.
