The Role
As a Foundever Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of our clients, helping customers resolve their queries and concerns. Whether it’s through voice, email, or chat, your mission is to make every interaction count, using your training and creativity to find the best solutions. We’ll empower you to take the initiative, ensuring you’re equipped to provide the top-notch service our clients expect.
