    This is a full time, office based role that’s looking for someone wanting a long-term, permanent position within a fantastic company where hard work is rewarded.
    As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, so must be able to communicate effectively with them and be able to understand their needs in order to efficiently support them.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Key skills in Microsoft packages (Outlook & Teams)
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under your own initiative.
  • Good attendance and time management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Dealing with customer complaints and enquiries.
  • Effectively resolve any issues and provide solutions to the customer.
  • Liasing via telephone and email.
  • Updating systems with notes and action points.
  • Manage complaints and prevent escalations.
  • Liase with various parts of the business.
