JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service Advisor
Blackstar Warranties is a warranty provider to the motor trade. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person who can contribute to the growth of the business. Basic salary £25K.
The Role
As a Call Centre Advisor, your role will be to both answer incoming calls from customers looking to register a claim on their warranty, then liaise with repairing garages to obtain diagnostics and process claims. You will also deal with aftersales calls and warranty renewals – meaning your role will be inbound and outbound oriented.
The Candidate
We want to hear from you if you have experience of working in a call centre environment. Motor Trade experience would be beneficial but is not essential to be considered.
