JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. We offer bespoke granite worktops, replacement doors and new kitchens so an understanding of this sector is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as experience in a customer facing role.
