Working within the Aftersales team at our Grantham Branch, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in a customer facing role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing exceptional customer service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with customers.
  • A positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
  • Update customers regarding the progress of repairs.
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries (via phone, email, face to face and live chat) and ensuring timely responses are provided.
  • Maintain organised records of service activities and customer interactions.
  • Create job card packs for the technicians.
  • Schedule work into the workshop diary.
  • Work within our CRM system to ensure records are kept up to date.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
