Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor / GST to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you love helping people, have a passion for cars, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you! You will also assist with general service duties such as oil changes, inspections and tire rotations etc. What We Offer: * Competitive pay * Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Insurance — coverage begins at 90 days * 401k plan enrollment available * Paid Time Off (PTO) to relax and recharge * Closed evenings and Sundays — enjoy a better work-life balance What You’ll Do: * Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone. * Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services. * Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections. * Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions. * Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area. * Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service. What We’re Looking For: * High School Diploma or GED. * Valid driver’s license. * 1+ year of automotive service; 1+ year of sales & or customer service experience preferred. * NC Inspection license helpful * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Phone skills * Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions. * Ability to work days, Saturdays, and holidays. Physical Requirements: * Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. * Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
