Description

We are looking for people to join our Office based Sales Team, working for an established Family Owned business near Criccieth.
If you are enthusiastic, pro active and organised we want to hear from you! Experience in Customer Service and IT skills are required but full training will be provided.
The role covers 5 out of 7 days per week on shift patterns of 35 hours.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. Excellent customer care skills.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
  3. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  4. Sound knowledge of the foodservice industry, product, and suppliers.
  5. Strong keyboard and IT skills.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering excellent customer service by ensuring all inward and outward customer phone calls are dealt with in line with the standard set by the company.
  • Accurately inputting orders placed by customers onto the company system and assisting with product, stock and pricing queries.
  • Support the Customer Experience Manager with the management and growth of specifically allocated customer accounts.
  • Support the Field Sales Team in growing the sales and profit of customers in their postcode pipeline.
  • Dealing with customers face to face with orders placed for collection.
  • Confidently promoting the core range of products and it’s competitive pricing.
