Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, working Monday-Friday 9:30 - 18:00. There is an occasional Saturday shift requirement every 4-6 weeks.

ABOUT THE ROLE

It’s an exciting time at Johnston Oils as we embark on our ambitious expansion plans! To fuel our growth (pun fully intended), we’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Advisor to join our Domestic team in Bathgate. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive the best service from the first point of contact to the delivery of their orders.
We are looking for a proactive, hardworking, customer-focused individual with customer service experience. Do you have exceptional customer service and communication skills? If so, then we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering inbound calls with enthusiasm and a desire to help our customers at the first point of contact.
  • Process fuel orders accurately to ensure the customer’s instructions are followed and deliveries are made in a timely manner.
  • Promoting domestic products such as oil clubs, smart monitors and payment plans to new and existing customers.
  • Problem solving - Taking ownership of each and every query and ensuring these are resolved, making a real difference for our customers.
  • Manage prospective customers and conduct outbound calls to maintain growth, in partnership with commercial account managers.
  • Ability to react fast when the day gets busy and handle a wide variety of different customers.
  • Support the wider office administration when required
