Job Title: Customer Experience Advisor - GB (Maternity Cover)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities
  • Support the CS Team Leader in the SR (GRN) process.
  • Processing Sales orders and online orders on to the ERP system
  • Answering basic customer post sale enquiries, sending Drawings and install manuals.
  • Support Customers post order with Technical Guidance, install enquiries.
  • Liaise with the site customer regarding delivery dates, ensuring all order information is correct. Postcode, contact numbers, delivery dates, offloading.
  • Up sale of offloading facilities
  • Ensure large CTP and Commercial Pump station orders are project Managed. Touch all through process so to ensure products are not built unnecessarily and its delivered-on time and in full.
  • Maintain orders with changes on orders including delivery dates, address, products or on hold.
  • Help maintain and update customer data (GDPR Compliance)
  • Answering incoming warranty call’s overflow and answer where capable
  • General administrative responsibilities and/or other reasonable duties as required.
  • Helping to collect data/carrying our surveys for NPS
