AS AN EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR, YOU WILL SPEARHEAD INITIATIVES AIMED AT ELEVATING QUALITY STANDARDS, OPTIMISING EFFICIENCY, REFINING STRATEGIC APPROACHES, AND ENHANCING OVERALL PERFORMANCE ACROSS THE ORGANISATION. AS WELL AS HAVING:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
  • Experience delivering fantastic customer service within an operational environment.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the Southeast, Inner and Greater London.
  • Ability to understand develop and apply coaching methods within the role.
  • Strong diary management skills
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Can prioritise and plan work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • knowledge of Locks/ Products - especially Banham (preferred not essential).
  • Experience with PSO / FSM systems ( preferred not essential)
