Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We’re looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors, this role will be home based.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be ensuring that all customers are dealt with in an effective, accurate and timely manner. You’ll provide support to the Customer Experience Team in the daily functions of the department. Ensuring that all operations are completed, handling inbound and outbound calls.
We’ll need you to handle inbound and outbound calls, managing customer enquiries and booking appointments whilst accurately capturing data from calls to assist the management team in the production of reports.
You’ll be working with the Customer Experience Manager and Team Leaders to promote the profile of Morrison Water Services. Ensure any service failures or priority issues are escalated to the Customer Service Manager for action. Maintain ownership of any customer issue through to resolution.
We’ll provide you with the equipment required and you’ll need to have a good Wi-Fi connection and a desk with a quiet working space at home.
The Assessment days will be taking place on:
1ST Assessment Day: Monday 15th September 2025
08:45am – 12:00pm
12:45pm – 16:00pm
Start date: 22nd September 2025
