The Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent people skills and a passion for property to play a key role in supporting clients and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, whether in person, by phone, or via email
  • Handle enquiries regarding sales, lettings, and property management
  • Provide outstanding customer care, ensuring every client receives a professional and friendly service
  • Support the sales and lettings team with administrative tasks, appointment booking, and client updates
  • Manage and resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Keep records and client details up to date on our internal systems

About You:

  • Previous customer service experience (estate agency or property background desirable, but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident, friendly, and professional manner when dealing with clients
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy office environment
  • Good IT and organisational skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
