What skills are we looking for? Confident customer service background of at least 12 months Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst paying close attention to detail and order processing Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is desirable Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues with a positive and upbeat approach A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking full end to end ownership of customer contact and always using initiative/being create Enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating and working as a collective to reach objectives and targets Maths – GCSE 4 or above/Equivalent Key Skills English – GCSE 4 or above/Equivalent Key Skills Basic/Intermediate MS Office including Microsoft Outlook and Excel Competent computer user Good organisation, planning and time management Attention to detail What's in it for you?
