SHORT TERM TEMPORARY BASED ON AD-HOC REQUIREMENTS
Match Recruitment are recruiting exclusively on behalf of their client based in Corby. Our client is a long established and successful small business with almost 30 years history.
Our client is seeking someone on a short-term basis to help clear a backlog of “chaser” calls to customers following up on outstanding cases. The customer base consists of private individuals, so you must be comfortable speaking with members of the public over the phone.
This is a phone-based role where you’ll spend the majority of your day making outbound calls to customers who have requested the outstanding information required to progress their case. You’ll be provided with the specific update to deliver - your task is simply to communicate it clearly and professionally. These are intended to be short, holding updates to reassure the customer. For queries requiring more in-depth discussion, you’ll schedule a call back with the relevant colleague, coordinating based on their diary availability.
You won’t be expected to learn the technicalities of the industry, but being tech-savvy is essential. You’ll need to pick up their system quickly, with minimal supervision after the initial training.
To be considered, you must have previous experience in a telephone-based role and be confident speaking with customers, even when working with limited information.
