Job Description What you will be doing… Putting the customer first in every interaction. Providing proactive communication to clients and internal teams. Delivering exceptional customer service within agreed SLAs. Supporting customers and scheduling reactive service calls. Planning and booking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits. Managing engineer diaries and allocating work efficiently. Handling all return visits following initial engineer attendance. Coordinating specialist equipment or subcontractors as needed. Making informed decisions based on multiple factors. Logging and supporting complaint resolution Key Skills Strong communication at all levels Excellent customer service and care Confident problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure High attention to detail and accuracy Effective conflict resolution Good time management Experience using service management systems Qualifications What you will need... Proven experience in a call centre or customer service/front-facing role (internal or external). Strong experience using Microsoft applications. Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously. Team-oriented approach, managing your own workload and supporting others. Ability to build strong working relationships with the Regional Service Manager and engineers.
