Blakely is changing the world of clothing, and we’re looking for a fashion aware individual to join our customer service team!

Responsibilities:
* Customer service representative; responding to customer questions via telephone, e-mail, and social media
* Stimulating customer loyalty; with direct contact, & social media interaction
* Developing and editing content for website and social media channels
* Think along to enhance customer happiness, optimising Blakely’s service and advising the marketing and operations team to optimise the customer journey
Requirements:
* Excellent written English
*Genuine interest in the world of clothing and online retailing
