We also expect the correct candidate to have a background in automotive service, and repairs. This can be simply working in a garage as a receptionist for example.
We pride ourselves on our training and the support given to our teams. Full product, systems and sales training will be provided.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE

As part of our continued expansion, MotorEasy is looking for talented individuals with automotive background to join the customer service team, based in our Reading offices.
Your role will be to speak with customers who have a vast array of queries, from wanting to update account details, through to requesting a car repair or service booking, to responding to live chat messages.

DUTIES:

  • Handle customer enquiries using our software and process
  • Respond to emails and live chat messages
  • Answer and receive over 100 calls per day
  • Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform
