We have a fantastic part time opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at London Golders Green.
Shifts will be between 10:00 till 15:0 working 4 days from 7 (This will include every other weekend)
Set days to be confirmed if successful.
The Customer Service Advisor role will put you in the centre of the hustle and bustle of a busy transport environment, selling tickets in and around onsite in London Golders Green, answering customer queries, guiding them to their location, and ensuring our high standards of health and safety are continually met.
Successful applications will be invited to attend an onsite assessment on Monday 21st July

Responsibilities
  • To consistently deliver an excellent standard of customer service providing support and assistance to customers, colleagues and driver teams, including [where applicable] accurately communicating information on service updates and disruption.
  • Be fully competent in the use of the relevant ticketing and operational systems, processes and procedures necessary to fulfil the role adhering to the Financial and Cash Policy
  • Assist in the training and development of peers and promote Department of Heath rules to maintain a safe working environment
  • Promote a cohesive, empowered and engaged working environment
  • Carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager or Head of Department
