As a Customer Service Adviser within our team, you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and customers are always happy. Providing exceptional telephone coverage you’ll be dealing with a variety of queries from booking appointments, making changes to existing policies, dealing with renewals and claims all with a ‘can-do’ enthusiasm.
You don’t need to have any previous experience - you just need an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do. Above all, you will relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused team. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment.

Preferred Background:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C or above including English and Maths
  • An untarnished personal financial record
  • Knowledge of agriculture / rural living an advantage (not essential)
  • Well-presented
  • Confident using the telephone
  • Have a good work ethic, timely and organised
  • Able to work under own initiative
  • At ease when talking to people from all backgrounds
