As a Customer Service Adviser within our team, you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and customers are always happy. Providing exceptional telephone coverage you’ll be dealing with a variety of queries from booking appointments, making changes to existing policies, dealing with renewals and claims all with a ‘can-do’ enthusiasm.
You don’t need to have any previous experience - you just need an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do.
