Delivering high quality Customer Service mainly in the areas of motor breakdowns and home emergencies
Provide relevant and accurate information to every customer on every call – we’ll ensure you have the tools and the training to do so.
Become an SME in your area, quickly learning about the assistance business and how we can help our customers and partners.
Answer inbound calls and deliver a quality and timely service throughout
Updating internal systems and keeping accurate records for each customer
Keeping everyone updated on the progress of cases both internally and externally.
