This role will support the company’s service business by logging customer and emergency call outs and dispatching to our engineers in line with customer and company SLA’s.As a Customer Service Advisor, your day to day will include:Log and dispatch call outs raised by customersAnswer customer queries over the phone and emailEnsure the timely recording of any safety incidents and customer complaintsAnswer and dispatch emergency call outsProvide support to the Branches with any callout related queriesEngage in monthly completion of Net Promoter Score Customer surveysUpdating our systems with the relevant information provided by branchesAnswering incoming calls in professional manner, logging the callouts and allocating engineersAnswering autodialler calls and logging the callouts in Navision and allocating engineersProviding support to the Customers over the phoneGeneral Admin and KPI reportingWho we are looking forGCSE Maths and EnglishStrong Microsoft Office and database skills.Experience working in a similar roleExcellent Customer Service SkillsHighly motivated, reliable and hardworkingPositive attitude and effective communicatorExcellent time management skills, highly organised, approachable and flexibleAbility to manage many tasks and prioritise appropriatelyStrong organisational and people skillsConsistently works to deadlinesWhat we offerMonday to Friday (no weekends)Competitive salary paid on a monthly basis34 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidaysAttractive company pension schemeHealth cash plan provided, allows you to claim towards health costs.
