We’re excited to be opening a brand-new facility in Cheltenham, and we’re looking for a confident, motivated, and self-sufficient Part Time Customer Service Advisor.
You’ll be the first point of contact for all customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and keeping the store running smoothly day to day. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our central team with sales and enquiries across our wider network of 16 unmanned locations.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the welcoming face of the Cheltenham store, handling all customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Guiding customers through the full sales process — from enquiry to reservation to move-in
  • Converting leads into bookings, promoting storage units, contents protection, packaging, and other services
  • Managing bookings, payments, customer records, and day-to-day admin using our CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Maintaining a high standard across the site — ensuring it is always secure, clean, and well-presented
  • Monitoring unit availability, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring smooth operations
  • Driving local awareness by engaging with the community and building relationships with local businesses
  • Supporting Head Office with inbound sales and customer enquiries for our network of 16 unmanned sites
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and site security procedures
