Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer enquiries across multiple brands and online channels. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to emails, phone calls, and live chat messages with speed and accuracy. AI-powered tools will assist you in delivering timely, consistent, and high-quality support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer queries across channels including email, phone, WhatsApp and live chat.
  • Manage customer live chat interactions on our websites, eBay, and Amazon.
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve response times and maintain accuracy.
  • Handle order enquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge to offer informed support.
  • Ownership of returns process
