A highly successful Sheffield-based group of companies is searching for an ambitious and highly-organised Customer Service Advisor to add to our growing Customer service team.
In this role you will be responsible for liaising with all areas of the business such as Sales, Purchasing, Accounts, Planning and Despatch , providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey .

Responsibilities
  • To ensure customer excellence is applied to all interactions internally and externally
  • To answer inbound calls from UK and international customers
  • To make outbound calls from UK and international customers
  • To respond to UK and international email enquiries efficiently
  • To process UK and international purchase orders efficiently and accurately
  • To process UK and international quotations
  • To log customer complaints promptly
  • To investigate complaints for an efficient resolution
  • To liaise with internal / external stakeholders
