Responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers and work providers with clarity, empathy, and efficiency
  • Handling incoming calls and managing all types of customer enquiries

  • Taking customer payments and updating their accounts accurately
  • Overseeing the check-in process for vehicles and managing courtesy cars
  • Working closely with colleagues and other departments to process vehicle repairs
  • Meeting important deadlines and working to critical timescales
  • Carrying out general admin duties to keep everything running smoothly
