Are you someone who thrives on helping others and providing excellent customer service? Are you organised, a great communicator, and able to handle a wide range of tasks to support both customers and colleagues? If this sounds like you, then you could be a Customer Service Advisor with us!
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in providing advice and assistance to residents by signposting them to appropriate services and assisting with low level tenancy management. You’ll work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure we deliver on our promises. You’ll be answering queries, raising repairs, raising Purchase Orders, processing invoices and supporting back-office functions and making sure our customers feel supported. To be successful in this role, you will be required to work from the estate office 5 days per week.
You’ll work as part of a team and be open-minded to dealing with a range of tasks and duties that will expand your knowledge of housing. With your excellent communication skills, empathetic approach and positive attitude, you’ll be a great asset to the team.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
  • passionate about delivering excellent customer service with proven experience in strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • bringing a proactive and positive attitude to your work, particularly when interacting with our residents and varied stakeholders.
  • experienced in working in a similar environment and have previous experience of raising repairs and processing invoices.
  • good with IT and able to monitor and update systems, while being mindful of GDP
