Overview

We are expanding and seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and assistance
  • Analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Utilise a CRM system to manage customer interactions and data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently

    Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional manner

  • Ability to analyse customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Familiarity with Applied EPIC or similar CRM software is advantageous
  • Previous experience in financial services customer support is a plus
