Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. What We’re Looking For: * High School Diploma or GED. * Valid driver’s license. * 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions. * Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: * Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. * Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle. Responsibilities
The Customer Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers, managing appointments and sales of automotive services. They also perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations while ensuring shop productivity and safety.
