REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take full ownership of the customers experience
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to all customers
  • Handle all incoming calls and emails
  • Deal with customer queries and refer them to other departments if required
  • Ensure orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Update customers on delivery and availability of stock
  • Processing uplift, shortages, POD’s, and any other queries
  • Crediting and re-invoicing.
  • Work with other departments i.e. supply chain, warehouse, external sales and technical to enhance the customer experience
  • Providing quotations
  • Processing orders and quotes on SAP
  • Working with external carriers
  • Offer alternatives and product knowledge
  • Direct customers to distributors

JOB ROLE

Reporting to: Customer Service & QMS Manager

  • This position would suit someone with an interest in customer service, adequate IT skills and good telephone manner
